• Account balances cannot be withdrawn or refunded
• Unused balances remain in your account for future use
• Balances do not expire but accounts may be closed for inactivity after 12 months
• Prices may change without notice for future purchases

• OTP codes are valid for 20 minutes from activation

• SMS delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed
• Phone numbers may be recycled after rental period expires

7. Privacy and Data Protection
